2. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, payment plans are available. You can opt for this as this is normally part of the proposal.

3. What are the payment plan terms?

The payment plan can only be applied to projects $400 and up. Depending on the total project costs, payment plans of 2 or 3 increments can be applied.

4. Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

If you have put in a deposit fee and Initial work has been done, the deposit fee is non-refundable.

4. What are project timelines for?

This is the time it would take to develop, design, implement, and launch your website.

For a branding package, this is the time it would take to develop and create your brand identity.

As much as possible, I love to stick with the given timeline. But in some cases, this is pretty flexible given that we need to consider revisions.
